Roman, a teller of stories

I’ve always been a storyteller of one form or another from a young age. Whether it was pretending to be mythological creatures of my own creation, writing poems or songs on my bedroom floor, or designing rules for my lego armies to do battle. Each of these was just another way to tell stories.

I now tell stories through my design and writing. Residing in Sydney, Australia, I spend my nine to five buying and selling books, and my evenings writing in one form or another.

When I’m not creating stories, I’m consuming them, either through books, video games, movies or especially TTRPGS; which just inspire me to create more.

History is Written by…

I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Ancient History.

Roman Ancient History specifically, if you can believe it, and it wasn’t intentional. Besides my degree, I have worked as a book buyer for six years, with freelance writing a recently new endeavor.

I’ve written TTRPG adventurers, alongside my own poems and short fiction.

Poetry

The way words wind together has always interested me, and flowed out continuously in poetry. It took me a long time to find the world of TTRPG writing, but I was always a poet.

Whether through writing fan-inspired words for Table-Top actual plays, or speaking my spoken word on youtube, my poetry has significantly evolved over time.

No, I won’t be sharing those love-poems from fifteen year-old me, it’s better we’re all spared that.

A few of my favorite things
